Topman to Launch Japanese Selvedge Denim

Topman is expected to launch a new and impressive Japanese Denim offering in early June 2015. Working exclusively with Kurabo Mills in Japan, Topman have built upon their Topman LTD range with three styles of Japanese selvedge with Jeans at £75 and Jackets at £85. Kurabo Mills was founded over 110 years ago and is one of the oldest mills in Japan. It was the birthplace of Japanese selvedge denim and has pioneered many denim manufacturing practices that are in common use today.

Kurabo denim is often praised above the rest with the use of natural indigo dyes that create a resilient denim with unique fading patterns. This range includes two pairs of jeans and a denim jacket, jeans are cut to a classic slim fit and come raw or in a worn vintage finish.

The longer you wear your denim the better it will look and these pieces are produced with longevity and quality in mind, each style can be worn every day in order to achieve a personalised character that’s unique to every customer.
